Shipping and Delivery
Who ships your order Orders are dispatched by the seller, or by BuyPama fulfilment where the listing says so. An order containing items from several sellers arrives in several parcels. Options and timescales Estimated delivery is shown on the product page and at checkout. Each seller sets their own dispatch or delivery time, and it is shown on the product page. Where a seller states a dispatch time, UK standard delivery is typically 2 to 4 working days after dispatch; express, where offered, is typically 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Made-to-order items show a separate production time. Costs Delivery costs are shown before payment. Free delivery thresholds, where offered, are applied automatically in the basket. Tracking Once dispatched you receive a tracking reference by email and in your account. The Track Order page shows carrier scans and a status timeline. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. Delays Carrier delays, weather, strikes and address problems can extend delivery. If your parcel is significantly late, report it from the order page and Buyer Protection applies. Missing or damaged parcels Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of
