Cancelling an order Most online orders in the UK can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and returned within 14 days of telling the seller. Marketplace return window Each seller sets their own returns window, never less than 14 days. It is shown on every product page. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. This is in addition to your statutory cancellation rights. How to return 1. Open the order in your account and select Return items. 2. Choose a reason and confirm the items. 3. Use the return label or address provided. 4. Keep proof of postage until the refund is confirmed. Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the seller receives and checks the return, normally within 3-5 working days of receipt and up to 14 days in total. Original standard delivery is refunded on full cancellations. Return postage Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items are returned at the seller's cost. For change-of-mind returns the buyer pays return postage unless the listing offers free returns.
